Terms and conditions

These terms govern the use of CVnauta (qa-cvnauta.madinlabs.com), a service of MadinLabs SpA, RUT 78.515.252-2, based in Santiago, Chile. By using the service, creating an account or paying, you accept these terms.

The service

CVnauta lets you create, edit and download resumes and cover letters as PDF from templates, with optional help from artificial intelligence. You can also import a resume you already have (PDF, Word or the LinkedIn ZIP) so you do not start from scratch. Creating and editing is free.

Free and paid templates

• Free templates are downloaded at no cost. Signing in may be required to download them.
• Paid templates are downloaded with a One-time pass or a subscription. The gallery and the editor show which templates are free and which are paid.

Account

You can sign in with Google, LinkedIn, a link sent to your email, or your email and password. You are responsible for the information you write and for keeping access to your email. Using artificial intelligence may require signing in.

Plans and prices

• One-time pass: a single payment, no renewal. It lets you download one resume (and download it again with your changes) with no time limit. Its price depends on the chosen template. You can buy it without an account, using your email.
• Monthly and Annual: subscriptions charged automatically each period until you cancel. They include unlimited downloads, every template, artificial intelligence and cover letters.
• Prices are shown before you pay, in the currency charged and with any applicable taxes. Depending on your country you can choose between your local currency and other available currencies.

Cancellation and renewal

You can cancel a subscription in one click from your dashboard. We will not charge you again and you keep access until the end of the paid period. We will email you before renewing the annual plan.

Payment methods and seller

The payment methods available depend on your country and are shown at checkout. They may include Webpay and Oneclick (Transbank), Mercado Pago, PayPal and Paddle.

• Webpay, Oneclick, Mercado Pago and PayPal: the seller is MadinLabs SpA. We issue a receipt (boleta) with the name and email you enter when paying. If you are in Chile you can request an invoice (factura) instead from the payment confirmation.
• Paddle: Paddle.com sells as authorized reseller (Merchant of Record) and issues the corresponding receipt.

Use of artificial intelligence

AI suggestions and the data extracted from an imported resume are proposals: review them before using them. The AI should only rephrase what you wrote; do not invent experience, degrees or figures.

Ownership of content

What you write in your resumes and letters is yours. The templates, design and software of CVnauta belong to MadinLabs SpA; you may use the PDFs you download to apply for jobs without restriction.

Acceptable use

Do not use CVnauta to impersonate others, publish unlawful content, or overload or attack the service. We apply usage limits to protect the service and may suspend accounts that abuse it.

Liability

We do our best to keep the service running without interruption, but we do not guarantee results in hiring processes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months, without prejudice to the non-waivable rights under Chilean Law 19,496.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date of the last review is shown at the top of this page.
