Refund policy

We want you to pay only if CVnauta is useful to you. That is why you can create and review your resume for free before paying, and download free templates at no cost.

One-time pass

If you paid and have not downloaded any PDF yet, you can request a refund within 14 days. Once the PDF is downloaded the service is considered delivered, unless it failed.

Subscriptions

You can cancel whenever you want and the next period will not be charged. If it renewed by mistake and you did not use the service in the new period, write to us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund it.

Technical problems

If you could not download your PDF because of a failure on our side, we refund the full payment.

How to request it

Write to us from the contact page or at [email protected] with the email used for the purchase and the order number shown on the receipt or in your dashboard. We reply within 5 business days at most.

• Webpay, Oneclick, Mercado Pago and PayPal: we refund the amount to the same payment method and issue the corresponding tax document.
• Paddle: the refund is made through Paddle, to the same payment method.
